Chinese Language & Culture Education

Increasingly, schools decide to offer Chinese Language and Culture as a subject. This can take the form of an exam course or as an optional extracurricular activity. ChinaTalk meets this need with language and culture lessons for educational institutions. We can provide lessons in Chinese culture, language lessons or a combination of both.

However, Chinese isn’t an easy language to learn. Although the grammar is fairly simple compared to Western languages, the tones, the different script and the fact that several Chinese characters have the same pronunciation but completely different meanings make learning Mandarin quite a challenge.

Lessons in Chinese culture are not only fascinating, they are also necessary to understand the Chinese and avoid embarrassing misunderstandings. For students, language and culture lessons are often offered in combination: after half a lesson dedicated to becoming acquainted with the cultural differences within a subject, a piece of associated language is learned.
